📖 This week’s ‘Playbook in Action’ sessions switched from rehearsing core pedagogy to developing effective coaching. 🗣️We discussed what effective coaching looks like & implemented into our coaching. @Steplab_co 🎥 I look forward to seeing the improvements in action.

We loved sharing our Professional Development and Instructional Coaching model with visitors.

A really positive session with Year 7 this afternoon looking at our core routines.

It was great to celebrate this milestone with pupils from @FarnboroughAcad and @Bulwell_Academy who were there as part of @NottsOPCC Safer Streets 5 project along with @nottspolice and @NottmTrentUni. All were budding community leaders and change makers!

A big thanks to Clifton Leisure Centre for the use of their sports hall allowing our Year 11 BTEC Sport students to record their excellent coaching sessions this afternoon! ❄️ Perfect example of a wonderful community working together 🤝🙌🏻⚽️ @satrust_ @ActiveNottm #WeAreProud

I hope the Yr11s show the same commitment to revision for the rest of this year as they do to clearing the snow for lunchtime football.

Last week saw our first boys football competition get off to a successful start! Our Year 9s won 2 and drew 1 game in some fiercely contested matches 💪🏻🙌🏻 Their supporting peers on the bank behind were great additions to occasion! 🎉 #WeAreProud
