A testing winter, but the course has come through well. Sandy soil and natural drainage leave us well placed for the spring ahead.

Come and take a look around our new Club Shop. We could not be happier with how it has turned out. It is just one of several developments taking place at our club, all helping to set us up for a strong 2026 and beyond.

With quality heathland agronomy and significant investment in our bunkering, the 11th is as visually striking as it is technically demanding.

The opening of our new course in 1905 was celebrated with an exhibition match featuring James Braid, Harry Vardon, J.H. Taylor and our architect, 1904 Open Champion Jack White. More than 120 years on, while the course has evolved, our commitment to these standards endures.

Unrecognisable from just a few years ago. Our investment has transformed the clubhouse into a contemporary space for members and guests, whether you’re escaping the winter rain or settling in for a post-round meal.

The opening challenge takes you away from our recently refurbished clubhouse. A well-placed drive offers an early birdie opportunity on this par 5.

Flanked by the North Downs Way and out of bounds to the right, the demanding 17th must be negotiated with care before a birdie chance presents itself on the 18th.

Thoughtful course development is encouraging our heather to thrive, enhancing the natural beauty of the land.

Following the 11th, the halfway hut awaits once again with a welcome refill and light snack. A timely boost before the back nine gathers momentum.

The raised 5th green, perched on a heather-draped hillside. Try not to be distracted by the view on your approach. Miss short or right, and saving par becomes a serious test.

Three words to describe the dogleg 7th? Beautiful, awkward, and memorable.

Founded in 1896 by 17 gentlemen united by a love of the game. 130 years later, the same spirit continues to thrive at the heart of our Club.
