Tanzanian undocumented migrants in South Africa attempted to join a group of Malawians gathered in Sherwood. However, they were turned away by the Malawians, who advised them to find their own gathering place. The Malawians explained that the Sherwood gathering was their own initiative, and they did not want non-Malawians competing for the resources provided by local sympathisers/Samaritans and other organisations

English

@FaroLebea @RebelChuck They stigmatise HIV hence they continue to birth hiv positive babies, a shame really cos it could be prevented but they’re denial and don’t test nor take treatment

😩💔 THIS IS SHAMEFUL AND PAINFUL TO WATCH
I really feel for Ronwen Williams and the entire Bafana Bafana team.
Imagine stepping onto the biggest stage in football, representing your country, only to hear fellow Africans cheering against you because of political tensions and the actions of a few xenophobic people back home.
For decades, many South Africans have supported African teams at the World Cup regardless of whether they were from West, East, North, Central or Southern Africa. When an African nation played, many of us proudly said, "Africa must win."
Seeing Bafana Bafana being booed by fellow Africans is heartbreaking. Football has always had the power to unite people across borders, languages and politics.
Whatever our disagreements may be, the players on that pitch didn't create them. They deserve support for representing the continent with pride.
Football should bring Africa together, not drive us further apart.

I'm so angry right now that South Africa managed to get one point in this FIFA world cup.
I would have loved it if they leave the tournament without a single point. Those xenophobic people don't deserve anything good at all.
Czechia disappointed me to be honest.
