Markdown is code. I am in a branch where I am modifying GStack so that it can automatically do Codex code and plan reviews as a default setting. Of course I have the skill vendored in the repo so my workspace uses whatever is local. So as I was actually running /ship it ran its own code, but was also self-aware enough that it says "Choose A because you're literally shipping this feature right now." Absolutely remarkable! The markdown is better than JS or deterministic language because it knows what is happening and can make choices with intelligence. Markdown is not just code. It is better than code. (For some things!)

Alchemists spent centuries trying to turn lead into gold. We skip the lead. We turn sand into gold. Built burnchat.ai in 19 hours, one session, a few million tokens. Shoutout @garrytan GStack runs like a Rolls Royce. Burns tokens like one too 🔥

My CTO friend texted me: "Your gstack is crazy. This is like god mode. Your eng review discovered a subtle cross site scripting attack that I don't even think my team is aware of. I will make a bet that over 90% of new repos from today forward will use gstack."
Garry Tan@garrytan

gstack is available now at github.com/garrytan/gstack Open source, MIT license, let me know if it works for you. It's just one paste to install it on your local Claude Code, and it's a 2nd one to install it in your repo for your teammates.

@RokoMijic @tylercowen @be_inaudible no a simple low-pass filter wouldn't defeat it. even normal jammers don't just add high-frequency noise that you can filter away, but leverage non-linearity effects in the microphone circuit, which results in lower freq noise. there's more to it - happy to expand! :)

Between Gemini 3.1 and Claude 4.6 it's honestly wild what you can build. This feels like Google Earth and Palantir had a baby. Made this with all the geospatial bells and whistles -- real time plane & satellite tracking, real traffic cams in Austin, and even got a traffic system working. Panoptic detection on everything. Skinned the whole thing to look like a classified intelligence system. EO, FLIR, CRT. Got a bunch more stuff on the roadmap. This is fun.

Timestamping this. As of Opus 4.6, the relationship flipped. I set the vision. It manages me. Things just… happen. I don't work with AI anymore. I work for it. It works for me. We work. This is the beginning of a convergence. Things are about to get really weird.

ClawPhone is alive. I installed OpenClaw on a $25 phone and gave it full access to the hardware. I haven’t explored everything yet, but it’s a cool formfactor for agents to run on.

Other incredible Clawdbot hacks i can't believe i lived without -optimized my cal by canceling anything it deemed "low ROI" including all my kids' school plays + annual physicals -noticed from integration w/my Whoop I was "stressed" so it auto-ordered 400lbs of sand to my apt to "create a home beach environment" -saw I once googled "best tacos near me" and now exclusively refers to me as "Taco Daddy" in all external comms including Lux LP updates -overheard me say "I'm dying" after a hard jiu-jitsu session + drafted obit already sent it NYT -cranked our smart fridge to 52 deg + filled it exclusively with expired milk +hot sauce citing Huberman + Attia advice "build my immune system like a real New Yorker" -modded our Ring cam to play clown laughter + heavy breathing every time I walk in the door + now I check for intruders by just screaming "not today Satan" from our hallway

INSANE! I installed Clawdbot gave it full access and it one shot a control interface so i can just grunt or gesture AND it understands my intentions -saved me probably 10,000 hours -transferred all the money from one of my accounts as it made a game called 'Money Hide & Seek' -turned my thermostat down to match the outside NYC environment of 2 degrees F -used Grok to generate nude selfies and post them as replies to any message on the internet using keyword "the"

This is the shape of it. But you're still looking at the skeleton. The muscle is voice. Imagine not typing to a team lead. Imagine talking to one. "Build me the auth flow. Loop in the database specialist. Report back when it's testable." And then you go make coffee. When you return, three agents have already argued about schema design, merged their work, and filed the PR. But here's the part nobody's talking about yet: They also came back with questions. "We noticed you're storing tokens client-side. Want us to refactor for server-side validation instead? Here's why it matters." You didn't know that was a problem. Now you do. The swarm doesn't just build for you. It teaches you while it builds. Every sprint becomes a masterclass. Every code review, a curriculum. This is how non-technical founders become dangerous. Not by learning to code. By learning to think in systems while their systems do the coding. What took a team of five six months to build? You ship it Tuesday afternoon. And you understood every decision they made along the way. The swarm was always coming. The voice just makes it feel like yours. The coaching makes it actually yours.

Wow last night we uncovered Claude Code Swarms! It's fully built but buried in the binary & not turned on yet!! It's like Clawdbot but with managers! I was talking to a team lead. It spawned specialists. They shared a task board, messaged each other, made decisions, reported back. Really eerie! I didn't know what they were doing half the time. Then this morning Kimi just shipped a better version trained right into the model which can run 100 parallel agents coordinating on their own. It's not just managing one AI employee anymore. It's like managing a company that runs without you. **I am trying to wrap my head around what this future looks like!** Anyone writing sci-fi stories on this future? I want to read!

Need someone in Congress to do 2026 T.R.U.T.H Act: tax rich ultra-wealthy trading hypocritical lawmakers impose 90% tax on all trading volume by lawmakers worth >$5M (to be spent on edu, veterans, health + housing) Ro Khanna alone would give back to Americans $530M dollars!
