Cloudflare shipped 1000 tools in 1000 tokens by adding server-side code mode to their API. FastMCP 3.1 lets you add it to yours. With one line of code.

There are exactly 2 MCP sampling power users: Bill Easton (@strawgate) and Angie Jones (@techgirl1908). They were building agentic loops before SEP-1577 even existed. Now the spec caught up to their vision and it completely inverts how we deploy AI agents. Adam explains the "yo dawg i heard you like tools" implications. Full episode from the @fastmcp pod on Spotify. Throw it on for your commute, link below.

Prefect is proud to be a founding member of the newly established Agentic AI Foundation. The AAIF, a directed fund under the @linuxfoundation , was established by Anthropic, Block, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Cloudflare, and Bloomberg. Today, Anthropic announced they're donating the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to the foundation. Open source is core to how we build. @fastmcp has been part of MCP's growth from the beginning, now downloaded over a million times a week. We're joining the AAIF because the future of agentic AI should be open, trusted, and built by the community that uses it.

Four AI giants walked into a @githubuniverse panel: @AnthropicAI, @Microsoft, @OpenAI, and @fastmcp 😉 The first three companies are locked in an all-out race to lead AI. But get them talking about Model Context Protocol? The competition falls away. They're finishing each other's sentences and building on what the community is creating. We compiled a few highlights from the panel below. Take a look!

Some MCP servers are vulnerable to "confused deputy" attacks. These attacks take advantage of leftover OAuth cookies to register malicious clients without notifying the user. FastMCP 2.13.0 keeps your deputies safe with a new customizable consent screen:
