We think it's a strength, not a weakness for many reasons: * Better people to hire - we recruit from one hemisphere, not one city * We save the equivalent of 20 days a year by not requiring our team to commute * Lower salaries for the same standards of living for the team * Less poaching since most people share @signull's delusion * Finally, AI is making the difference bigger, the recording and transcript are important artifacts of meetings, so video calls are better than in person meetings
