Waited 32 mins for @Ryanair @askryanair to pick up my call, only to be told after 10 mins that I’ve used up my allotted time slot. I’ve been completely ripped off by them and all I get is ‘computer says no’ from the call agent. How the fuck is this airline still in business?

@iowrunner @H_is_running I barely trained on any elevation for it as I’d had an operation 10 weeks before so just did what I could in flat Warwickshire. If you can get on a stair master then that will help a lot. Kenyan hill sessions, rolling intervals etc.. also good training

@FastSandyLauren @H_is_running I am very tempted… no way I could train properly for that much climb but would be fun to try.

Today I learned there’s a 24hr race just seeing how many times you can run* up and down Snowdon and, well, now it’s in my head. *walk, crawl, etc.

My 75 year old feisty Mexican mum literally creating road rage with a neighbouring stationary car (because they parked diagonally) whilst simultaneously realising I have ‘new’ tattoos (literally a year old) .. you don’t know stress until you’re me today Ay Dios Mio 😰

@FastSandyLauren Yes, thought that might be the case, didn't know the age of your kids, did that hike first time at around 15 years old with the scouts myself and it was very doable. Enjoy Chania!

@FastSandyLauren Samaria gorge, if you are active, a relatively easy hike of about 10 miles, ending on the beach, you take off your clothes as you approach the water and dip right in. There's a boat to take you back to start.
