@HRoters @DermotThfc Thats exactly how I see it. People using stills. Yeah the foot position is wrong but there's no force at all. Look at the Burnleys player reaction. Its a tactical foul, yellow card. Or an incredibly incredibly soft red. People talking this morning are making out its a leg breaker

@DermotThfc Because there was no intent - no force - just a tactic foul… in slow motion it’s a red all day but watch in real time - just a trip that probs tickled his calf

Nothing will ever change the fact that PGMOL have gifted Arsenal the league. How is that not a red card

@footyinsider247 Still pictures are useless. There was minimal contact, he tripped him up. Lots of things could happen, generally better reffing situations on what actually happened.

@SkySportsPL I thought that was the right call as well. Very little contact. Tripped him up but no way could that be considered excessive force.

🚨 According to reports, Arsenal are statistically the most VAR-affected club in Europe since the introduction of the system. 👀 A study covering the period between 2017 and 2025 claims Arsenal have been involved in 78 VAR incidents, leading to around 80 minutes of delays during matches. The report also states that the Premier League is the most VAR-disrupted league in world football, with fans collectively spending 1,126 minutes waiting for reviews and decisions over recent seasons. Arsenal have repeatedly voiced concerns over VAR inconsistency, and the latest example came against West Ham United when a late equaliser was ruled out after a lengthy review. VAR is supposed to improve fairness, but the constant delays continue to frustrate fans and players alike. Has VAR improved football overall in your opinion?

@Bluebailey55 @Pro_crastinator Graham, he's doing really well but it would be a massive step. Hes banging on the door. Physically hes improved this last year. Major issue is where he would play.

That Beto/Barry substitution every game boils my piss. Kills anything we have from an attacking perspective. Same old Moyes! 😶

@JoshMcKenna7 Technically there isnt a letter of the law that actually covers that incident. He accidentally controls the ball with his arm and shoots and scores its hand ball, if its accidental and there's several passes then its not. He shoots for goal in the 1st phase I.e its handball

The handball law is absolutely all over the place. The law says today wasn’t a handball, it obviously was a handball but the letter of the law says it’s not. The referee followed the law, he gave the correct decision based on that. That’s how bad the handball situation has got. It’s all over the place, No one knows anymore. Massive overhaul needed across the board from handball to corners. Big things to fix. Football is a simple game, complicated by idiots.

@JohnMc70 And there's aznou, another v young. Look at garner. Still not in his prime but getting better every sesson. This is normal progression. Providing they are the right mentality thats what we should expect to see. We have the basis of a good squad. A few good additions. Another step

@JohnMc70 It was only a couple of years ago we had the oldest starting 11 in the prem with no money. Its progressing. Graham is banging on the door as well. From the position we where in things are much better. And we have been given nothing and fought every step of the way.

@JohnMc70 Well we need a solid foundation to build from, that comes from at least having finances. We have a pretty good squad many of whom are very inexperienced youngsters. Yeah we need a full back or 2 but things are far, far better than 4-5 yrs ago.
