@ByCoreyDavis This is very complicated: first you have to know the schools statewide, strength of schedule is very important as well. Cooper City was one of the top 5 strength of schedule; so.it would be hard to have batters over .500 or a lot of HRs. They lost to Doral Acad.

To those complaining about all state teams, batting average is just one component of it. Had a kid hit .880, yet little RBI and doubles, triples and Home Runs. Didn’t make all state even as honorable mention.

The toughest part about college softball getting so much tv recognition now is that we fall in love with these athletes, their stories and their heroics, and the end feels so permanent because there isn’t any easy way to follow them post college & that hurts the most! 🥺
