I am very disappointed and angry @FastwayZA a month down and I haven’t received my parcel I call the polokwane and Johannesburg branch but I get no solid answer. My parcel was lost yes so should I do? Honestly the service is total bullshit!

@saads35_sm @FastwayZA @Fastway_SA I called the supplier and they apologized and eventually delivered my parcel. Funny though - he told them to cancel their service with him and they suddenly got a bee in their bonnet. Too little too late for them. Never again 👎

@FastwayZA @Fastway_SA I have been tracking my parcel@for almost a week. Back and forth between east bay and west bay. On the truck now back in the west bay. I suspect your drivers enjoy milking you for the km’s. Im not impressed. Your management need to sit and have a chat!!

@FastwayZA is it Fastway’s policy to let customers hold on the phone for 10 minutes only to have the call cut off? And not once but 3 times! I would like to know when can I expect delivery of my parcel?
