Fat Boy Gets Slim

@fatsergei It's a NordicTrack 5000 Ski Machine that I got for free via FreeCycle in my local area. First thoughts are: It's big and heavy!

Second thoughts: I have no idea how this thing actually works... I feel some research is required.

@PsychicSally Believe it or not, I didn't have any pancakes!

@Rudders85 A Ski Machine is meant to be a cross-country ski simulator... I will post a photo in the near future (it's not pretty!)

@Smudged I used to love this one eliptical called the "AMT" (All Motion Trainer) made by PRECOR. We had one at uni. Shame it's about $8k!

@Smudged The official diet plan comes very soon. Right now I'm just trying to eat more healthy food and less of the rest!

@teddarling Mt. Dew isn't the problem, it's Lucky Charms... I know most people can relate to that! Congratulations on your weight loss!

@clintnohavec Thanks for the suggestion. There are a few iPhone apps out there that look pretty good.

@adrianeden I hear you! If only my cooking was better!

@fatsergei Yes and no. The machine works, but it;s missing a couple of bits (it was free!) that need fixing.

@melodiously Non-gluten sounds interesting, but for now I need to get into a solid exercise routine and then start to really look into food.
