@fatdrop I have a question - why do I get sent a promo, but when I download a promo, I get sent ANOTHER e.mail that reminds me I downloaded it? It seems so unnecessary!!

Hey @fatdrop, been having issues with dropbox sync. Have added dropbox as per usual as default source, however downloads are not working (FYI, on the latest dropbox beta version)

@cococole Hi Coco. We just moved some services to new servers and are in the process of stabilising things. Everything should have been running smoothly again soon after, but if you're still experiencing any issues please get in touch with support@fatdrop.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

@fatdrop downloads are taking forever and some tracks stop playing from the player stream.

@fatdrop is there an issue with the system on which is resending links again to promos that already previously listened to?

@fatdrop any issues atm? cant download promos. going at less than 1KB/s and then to 0. my line is 100% fine
