I followed @therealweissman 's canes recipe
It was banging
Notes: The sauce ended up being extremely garlicky, to make up for this is reduced it down to 1 clove of garlic and sauteed the garlic in butter to add extra fat to the sauce and also added 1 tbsp honey.

@flickfps1 sorry couple of missed ingredients:
for the sauce, After sauteing ginger,garlic, and gochujang together, Deglaze pan with 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar, and 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce, Then add honey and water.
also, taste yogurt sauce as you add gochujang for desired spice level

combine cilantro chopped, 1 tbsp of gochujang, 1 tsp lemon pepper, and 1 cup of nonfat greek yogurt.
combine everything on ciabatta bread
