To people having issues connecting to Microsoft services using Mediacom, the issue appears to be fixed now. Specifically, I can finally use my Xbox.

Hey @dominos, appreciate your store making my wife drive all the back to your store after you forgot some of our order and still charging us for it. We expect better and have gotten better in the past. Would have charged for delivery.

@MediacomCable I have sent DM after DM, had appointment after appointment. Last 2 techs verified the problem is not on us, its an issue with a neighbor sending noise into the line. Fix that and the issues will be gone. You known for 7 months and only fixed 2/3 issues in this neighborhood!

@MediacomCable Your technician Greg was wonderful today! Very polite and very professional. Fixed the issue and made sure it was the only one. He values his job and the customers and it shows. Please keep an eye on him, he's a good one. I hope this ends our 6 months of issues.

The upstream is constantly fluctuating making broadcasting literally a slid motion picture show. Please understand my level of frustration, been dealing with this for 6 MONTHS!
