After many years of raising capital using an ATM, which we believe was the most cost efficient method for raising equity, Ault Alliance will no longer be using the ATM in 2024 and in the foreseeable future. We previously laid out our long-term growth plan. We are about 60% of the way through the plan and have raised the required equity we needed from the ATM. This acquisition is part of Bit Digital’s strategy to expand its HPC data center footprint to 32MW during 2025. This site also comprises part of Bit Digital’s 288MW proprietary pipeline announced earlier this year. KEY HIGHLIGHTS 🟢 Purchased MTL2 for CAD $33.5 million (approx.
