It's disgusting how the housing market has out of control. I was house hunting for 3 months and I was constantly outbid by irresponsible idiots who go $200k+ over asking. It's not the boomers, it's other dumb millennials who ruin it for everyone else. I finally got one and only had to go like $40k over.
