BREAKING: Ante-Bellum remains the leader of the ADC. The Federal High Court has restrained INEC from recognizing the David-Mark-organized get-together he had the audacity to call a convention. We will all learn, sooner or later, to play our politics within the boundaries of the law - like decent, sane human beings. What Next for the company of displaced politicians?

The game-changing students loan scheme of President Tinubu’s administration has seen a total of N252bn disbursed in both institutional fee and students stipends since inception. The scheme has continued to work seamlessly because of the carefully crafted nature including a transparent application design, a sustainable funding system among others. Beyond ensuring an improved academic calendar for the students, it has also helped benefitted society in several areas. A scheme that would lead the record books as far as President Tinubu’s legacy is concerned. #BelieveInPBAT

Just a reminder that EndSars protest of year 2020 was triggered by what happened in Ugheli, Delta State... Police was alleged to have shut someone in Delta State just like it happened in the same Delta State now, but the effect of the protest was all targeted at Lagos State.... Awkuzu Massacre happened in Anambra State when Peter Obi was the Governor, SARs through directive of the Anambra Governor then u alive many in Anambra, their corpse thrown into Ezu River floating...Till date, Peter Obi was not held responsible for that, he actually refused to attend EndSars Panel in Anambra.... My point is simple: Let us learn to focus attention on where things happened instead of using it as an agenda against others while we leave the culprits untouched.... x.com/dmightyangel/s…

You people complain when the government embarks on infrastructure and aesthetics projects but use the same thing to ridicule the country when you see the same infrastructures and aesthetics in other countries.

OPERATION HADIN KAI TROOPS SUSTAIN OFFENSIVE OPERATIONS UNDER DESERT SANITY V, CRUSHING TERRORIST CELLS AND ENCLAVES IN THE TIMBUKTU AND BULABULIN FOREST AREAS Troops of the Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) have continued to sustain offensive pressure against terrorist elements, under Operation DESERT SANITY V, recording significant operational gains in 2 separate but coordinated engagements involving troops of Sector 2 in the Azir Bridge (Timbuktu axis) and Bulabulin Forest areas in close coordination with the Air Component Command of OPHK. On the Bulabulin Forest axis, troops of Sector 2 in conjunction with elements of Sector 2 Stabilisation Force Brigade and the Civilian Joint Task Force cleared terrorist enclaves at Mar, Subdu, Yaro Lawanti and Yaro Shuwari as well as other areas contiguous to the Bulabulin Forest and the Kamadogu Yobe stretch. During the operation, supported by assault air platforms from the Air Component Command, the troops made contact at Malam Shiri Village and engaged the terrorists in a well-coordinated and tactical flanking manoeuvre, neutralising 11 terrorists and forcing others to flee with varying degrees of injuries. All life support structures were subsequently destroyed and exploitation of the area led to the recovery of 9 AK-47 rifles, 3 PKT anti aircraft automatic machine guns, 5 motorcycles, assorted ammunition, and several materials used for Improvised Explosive Devices, thereby significantly disrupting the terrorist logistics and operational capability within the axis. Similarly, at the Timbuktu axis along the Wajiroko Sabongari corridor, troops had further engagements with the terrorists with air support from the Air Component Command of OPHK. The troops with resilience and tactical discipline, maintained positions and decisively dealt with the terrorists. Subsequent exploitation revealed 7 neutralised terrorists, with additional blood trails and body parts indicating significantly higher enemy casualties during the assault. Recovered items include AK-47 rifles, RPG tubes, a large cache of ammunition, bandoliers, and communication equipment. The Air Component Command of OPHK played a very crucial and decisive role in both engagements, providing persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) that enabled accurate target acquisition and real-time situational awareness for ground troops coordinated fire. Precision air interdiction strikes were subsequently conducted by the NAF aircrafts on confirmed terrorist positions and fleeing elements, further decimating scores of the insurgents and ensuring the success of a well synchronised air–land offensive that overwhelmed the adversary. Troops, in conjunction with volunteer forces, are currently conducting aggressive follow-up exploitation operations along the Forfor, Multe, and Wajiroko axes to consolidate gains, pursue fleeing terrorists, and prevent any attempt at regrouping. These successful engagements further reinforce OPHK’s growing operational effectiveness and sustained dominance across the Theatre.

President Tinubu received Plateau State Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, who paid a visit alongside key stakeholders from the state. "The legislators here, we are going to work together to establish state police on a national scale, and I believe once we have state police, enforcement of law and order will take care of these problems. For us to stop creating widows, widowers, orphans there must be peace...it is very tough to develop if there is no peace"

The rowdiness, lack of workplace disposition, mediocrity, vacuity, and market-square spectacle that confronts you in many of our police commands tell the whole story. The police have a massive developer-built mall around Ikeja, yet no properly administered spaces for holding impounded vehicles. In many places, half of roads meant for traffic are overtaken by cars seized by the police, often without proper records.

Law enforcement gunning down a suspect who was already restrained, in broad daylight and under the full glare of the public, while fully aware he was on camera, points to a deeply rooted systemic failure. After firing the first rounds, he had enough time to reload; more than enough time to reconsider his actions or for his temper to cool. Yet he proceeded to fatally shoot the suspect a second time. This demands nothing less than a presidential-level panel of inquiry led by a neutral agency.
