Today was our Cabane a Sucre day celebrating our French culture. Father Leo Green students spent the day playing games, learning how to play the spoons, creating art, and best of all, having some yummy maple syrup (tire!). Bravo les amis!

Grade 1C students were working as a team and created a group “We are peacemakers” poster. This is in preparation for our #remembranceday  celebration. This required listening, patience, turn taking, decision and problem solving skills. So proud of them. #ECSDfaithinspires

Student at Father Leo Green participated in the 2021 student faith day. Inspired by our guests Mme Bessette and Sister Mary Clare, everyone was invited to learn about new ways to pray and grow closer to God. As one student stated “my heart feels so full”…Gods love ❤️

Learning a second language is a gift that lasts a lifetime! Here our division 1 students are building their Spanish skills by practicing in various literacy centres. #ECSDfaithinspires

Today students at Father Leo Green ran in memory of Terry Fox! A beautiful day reflected and praying for those affected by cancer. Gracias to Sra. Guasp for organizing this day for us 👟 #ecsdfaithinspires

The Grade 6 students at FLG learned and research about the federal election.Afterwards, they prepared presentations to give useful information to the other classes. Grades 4-6 students took part of the student vote and participated in the voting process. Well done everyone!
