And this, my friends, is the whole reason for Zionism. So there won’t be another holocaust.
It should not be controversial.

@MattWalshBlog Is it true you’re not allowed to debate people with Ben’s permission?

This ICE situation is really complex. My take is more nuanced. I want our immigration laws to be enforced but I just want them to do it without using any force, and without anyone ever getting hurt, and without anything sad or upsetting happening ever, and if the people we’re trying to deport don’t want to be deported, or if liberal activists don’t want us to deport them, then obviously in that case we shouldn’t do it, but I’m totally a conservative on the issue, unless people get really mad at me then never mind please don’t yell I’m sorry.

@jakejakeny Thank you, this is a wonderful and important video. My father grew up Jewish middle class in Far Rockaway in the 1950s. His father commuted to shmatta business work and his mother rented out bungalow apts in the summer. Sounded idyllic - now not so much, apparently.

Here’s the full story behind this post. A heartfelt tale of Far Rockaway, NYC:
Jake Novak@jakejakeny
I spent my teen years living not far from a series of massive high rise public housing projects that were slammed onto what had been a quiet beach community in NYC. The result was everybody lost: the serene beach culture, the thousands of project dwellers forced into dangerous conditions & places the at the point in the city the furthest away from the job hub of Manhattan. A lesson I learned at 14.

Do not accept a dry season as your final condition. A loss of thirst is not a sign that God is finished with you, it is a signal that you must stir your faith again. Refuse to live on yesterday’s encounters while ignoring today’s invitation. Challenge what has made you comfortable, confront what has made you passive, and stop negotiating with the very things God told you to overcome.
Stretch your faith on purpose. Pray when you don’t feel like it. Believe again even after disappointment. Step forward even when fear whispers, “Stay where you are.” God responds to movement. “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you” (James 4:8). When you move toward Him, thirst returns. Desire is reignited. Strength is renewed.
Guard your hunger fiercely. Don’t allow routine, compromise, or familiar bondage to normalize what God wants to heal. You were not created for addiction, defeat, or mediocrity, you were created for growth, freedom, and impact. “Stir up the gift of God which is in you” (2 Timothy 1:6). What you don’t stir will eventually sleep.
Most importantly, never stop expecting more from God and more from yourself. Holy dissatisfaction is a gift, it keeps you rising. Stay thirsty. Stay pressing. Stay believing. God always fills those who refuse to settle.

I attempted to read that New Yorker piece on Rubio. When I got to "he reads voraciously" I figured I'd seen enough. I refer you to this instead, by the people who know him best: tampabay.com/news/politics/…
