Anthropic pays engineers $750,000+ a year to understand how LLMs work.
Stanford just put a 2 hour lecture that covers 80% of it for FREE.
Bookmark this. Give it 2 hours today.
It might be the highest ROI thing you do this month:

Anthropic CEO after realizing the founder of a $20B Chinese AI company dropped a free 40-minute masterclass
Kirill@kirillk_web3
instead of watching 2 hours of Netflix tonight, watch this 40-minute masterclass from the founder of a $20B China AI company it's the clearest explanation I've seen of how Agent Swarms and AI systems actually work at scale useful whether you've never built an agent in your life or have been using Claude every day for the past year I took the key ideas and turned them into a practical guide on how to actually build with Kimi find it below

Sam Altman: "We're going to see 10-person billion-dollar companies pretty soon.
If I were 22 right now, I'd feel like the luckiest kid in history."
this is your sign to apply for the Founding 500.

A girl is clearing $20,000 a month from AI kids videos on YouTube.
She spends 20 minutes on it. Then her day is free.
Opens YouTube, finds what kids are watching on repeat that week. Doesn’t copy it. Just understands the energy.
Brings that idea to Claude. Gets back a full concept character, colors, mood, movement. Everything mapped out in seconds.
Takes it straight into Picsart to build the visual style. Then drops the final prompt into Sora 2.
A bright, smooth, cinematic kids video comes out the other side. Dancing characters. Vivid colors. The kind of thing a child will watch six times without blinking.
No camera. No editing app. No team. No studio.
Just a phone and three apps that do the heavy lifting while she handles the creative direction in plain English.
Posts it. Algorithm does the rest.
Kids loop it. Parents leave it running. Watch time goes through the roof. YouTube keeps pushing it to new screens.
$20,000 a month from a workflow that fits inside a lunch break.
She’s not grinding. She’s not hustling. She built a system once and now it just produces.
Most people are still trying to figure out what AI can do.
She already cashed the check.
Save this.

A girl makes $9,000 a month sitting by the pool with just a tablet
She finds a viral kids song like Baby Shark or Surprise Symphony.
Copies the info and asks AI to build a prompt for a show just like it.
One message back and a full video concept is ready.
She drops it into Picsart and Veo 3.1 builds the entire clip.
Dancing alphabet characters, glowing stars, animals celebrating together.
No studio, no camera, no laptop, just poolside and two apps.
Kids content gets billions of views because parents loop it on repeat for hours.
That loop is what gets her to $9,000 every single month.
Save this before everyone starts running kids channels from their sunbed.

Creator of Claude Code just shared a 6-minute breakdown of a new Claude workflow during a live session in London.
Boris Cherny put it perfectly:
“A lot of my code these days is written by routines. I’m not doing the prompting, I create the routines that do the prompting.”
That one idea changes everything.
Instead of prompting Claude over and over, you build repeatable routines that prompt for you.
6 minutes. Free. Straight from the person behind Claude Code.
Watch this now. It might completely change how you build with AI.

GREG ISENBERG JUST INTERVIEWED A SOLO FOUNDER WHO MAKES $1,000,000 A YEAR BUILDING AI AGENTS FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
the agents cost $5,000 to $10,000 a month per client. boring industries pay the most. real estate, insurance, manufacturing, legal. they have money and they hate using ai
he uses obsidian as his second brain because notion can't run agents that actually do work for him
his entire stack: granola, trello, loom, superhuman, asana, codex, hermes, orgo, composio, agent mail. gpt 5.5 by default. claude opus for long coding sessions
99% of the market doesn't know what an ai agent is yet. that's the moat. you don't need to be the smartest. you need to be the one who calls them first
the full breakdown is in the 45 minute video and it's worth every minute

Andrej Karpathy spent 4 minutes in an interview explaining a single idea
about how most people haven’t even started learning how to use AI
and everyone paying $20/month for a subscription.. that's not really using Claude at all
his point is that the real skill gap is the ability to build with AI
he identified 4 behaviors that break Claude Code and put them all into one file
a developer expanded it into 21 rules and published it - 82,000 stars and #1 on GitHub Trending
coding accuracy jumped from 65% to 94%
here's what these 21 rules actually are and why most developers using Claude every day have never configured them
the full breakdown is covered in the article below 👇

MrBeast reveals the "Purple Cow" rule he uses to get 200 million views per video
"If you're driving down the road and you see a cow, you' wont look. But if there's a purple cow, you're going to look four times"
"If you're scrolling videos and it's something you've seen before, that's a cow. But putting a bunker underground with two people living in it, that's a purple cow on social media"

Sahil Bloom reveals the easiest way to build a $100,000 a month business
“If you are a young person right now and you are technologically savvy, you could be making an enormous amount of money by consulting directly with companies that have no idea how to use AI or implement it into their workflows”
“Huge companies can go and afford McKinsey or Bain or whoever to come in and do this for them on these enormous projects, but small and medium-sized businesses are not getting hit up by those big consultancies”
“I think that a young person that understands AI and has a pretty decent understanding of some of the models that are out there and the capabilities can go build a $100,000 a month business doing that very quickly”

I have personally seen 6 brands restart growth using the "hudson method"
we are talking 5m a year brands to 100m a year brands.
the steps:
1- seed hundreds of creators on tik tok
small, new accounts, no one famous
2- pay them per video PLUS commission
BUT heavily incentives them to post LOTS of videos
bonuses for posting 100+ videos a month
3- take all the creative, load it into every ad channel
you just solved creative bottlenecks and unlocked infinite ad angles
4- scale ad spend on EVERYTHING, while still paying the creators commission on the ad sales
--
it isnt about tik tok shop sales.
it isnt about gmv max.
its all of it.
you get free cpms on tik tok.
you get unlimited content.
and it jump starts the whole business
more ads, more angles, more channels.
this is named after the legendary founder of comfrt, hudson. all hail the ugc king.
