@JDSports my complaint has now been registered. The department that handles these complaints is going to contact me. Handles these complaints… Wow. And my son still doesn’t have shoes.

@JDSports and what’s also super weird is that there is almost absolutely no way to contact you guys. I had to fill in a customer complaint form on the website about an issue with your website just to fill in a text box.

This is why the world is burning.

And my son was with me. He is 5… HE IS FUCKIN’ 5 AND YOU WANTED TO START A FIGHT WITH ME. Holy fucking Christ.

This was by far the craziest thing I have encountered as a buying customer. I have never been to another JD sports store in my life and after this I don’t plan to either.

@JDSports visited one of your stores today in Belgium with my 5 year old son. Apparently taking the display shoe to the counter enervates your employees so much that they wanted to fight with me. They kicked me and my 5 year old out of your store. Talk about customer service.

Zeg @Play4_be zou je niet beter de naam van “Sports late night” veranderen naar “Football late night” als jullie toch alleen maar voetbal laten zien? Sports duid namelijk op een verzameling van verschillende sporten niet van voetbal alleen.
