So my one year anniversary with my partner was on the 5th of this month. We’re both time blind and dum dums where neither of us realized until the 8th 😂 anyways, guess we’ll celebrate late this weekend when he visits and we do stuff together. Gotta love when two dumbasses date

So for my people in relationships or have been in one: what’s your favorite nickname you’ve gotten from a partner?

I’m finally growing, healing, & in the best relationship with a loving partner who wants to be a team. We work to improve together, and he has really taught me so much about self care and managing my anxiety/anger. I would’ve never gotten this far without his help. I love him sm

I’m also learning to work on my anger, admit my faults, and finally laugh at myself. I don’t need to be so serious and I’m learning to love myself again. I can see moments where I would’ve reacted in a burst, but instead I laugh or simply accept the moment for what it is. 2/

Positive rant but it feels like I’m finally healing. I had energy and passion this week to pick up crafting again, I’ve kept my hydration goal for over a week, I feel loved and secure, I’m learning to use my voice again in a relationship and now I know I’ll be heard. 1/

I’m grateful to now have a partner who will communicate rather than stone wall or make false promises. That we take critique and grow together rather than stay stagnant with me begging them to pull some of the weight. I finally feel happy for the first time in years and I love it
