@frozen_armpits I’m afraid all of what I like about it would be lost with a font. It’s nice to see things hand painted every now and then, especially when things are so easy to print.
@dizd I never tried it but I heard of someone using a 5L wine box to automatically displace the air. Plus, it gives you a nice little dispenser at the same time.
@DrMarsRover Thanks for sharing your personal story, Monika. It’s great to see how much you’ve persevered through such a difficult time. Your strength is inspiring!
I have a friend looking to sell off quite a few cans of expired Kodak Vision films of varying lengths and flavors.
Not a bad deal at $1CAD/foot.
The Vision3 500T is already spoken for. 😉

I quite like the desolate prairies. There’s something about the blowing wind, snow, and extreme sense of isolation that makes winter really come alive for me. There is so much going on when you put yourself out there.

When it’s super cold and I don’t get out, I like to do still life photos, often of flowers. It’s a nice (warm) situation that allows me some creative release. Also printing!

Someone once told me there isn’t bad weather, only bad clothing decisions.
For the most part, that is true. Once my creativity reaches its critical point, I need to get out and shoot—I just make sure to bundle up.

I quite enjoy the winter but sometimes it’s impossible not to let the blahs get you down. It’s currently -30C and I guess you could say I’m less than raring to get out there.
