Happy @Omen4Omen on Ordinals day!!! 🅾️💪🙌 For the past 3yrs, it has been my greatest honor to be a part of this incredible journey @nemo13 set out to represent the real soul of what NFTs meant to this space, which at its core, was always the people & real community, & quality art that represents this sector of our industry & its participants I chose from Day 1 to represent us & fight for that vision, well before many knew or cared about anything we were building, because I always believed that the value in creating something that this space can be proud of & building up others, the genuine ppl that came together for that shared purpose, was the true & lasting value of this entire NFT ecosystem in crypto In a landscape filled with shifting narratives & metas, abandoned principles & self-serving interests that devolved in hard times, & fading passion for the ideals & ideas many believed in years ago - we never wavered If someone was apathetic to what we were doing or misrepresented what we did or believed in, it didn't faze us, because it was never about pandering to a pressure to fit a mold or process that the broader space demanded, but to strengthen our community over these years with our efforts, which is why our community is the loudest & strongest it has ever been, despite much of the overall space from years ago disintegrating into memory Real, lasting community isn't something that can be bought or marketed into existence, but a product of years of authentically fostering & cherishing the relationships with the incredible people that have crossed our paths & consolidated into a group of ppl that actually give a shit about each other & the impact of their efforts or mission over time Nothing can be said to detract from that, & you cannot convince me that what we have, together, isn't something special in a space that often pulls groups, intentions, or fundamental visions apart through the pressures & failures to uphold the standards we all set out with in the beginning I've never asked for a single thing from Nemo, & we didn't have our first meeting years ago to formulate a roadmap or white paper, but instead to discuss what we believed in & why we were in crypto in the first place I chose to give my efforts because I inherently believe in this space, the people here that came to champion a better way to connect & build each other up, & to emulate what I wanted to see in this industry through effort, tenacity, authenticity, & intention I am proud of us, not only @nemo13, but the team @UnstoicT @BorderReiver_ @ZeruKami @gary_lea223 @haston_king @Chief45636291 @caffinusmaximus & many others that give their time & effort, the OGs, our artists including @Warrr9A & so many incredibly talented individuals, our devs like @ada_anvil or all those involved in this expansion, those that designed websites, wrote articles, created products & merchandise, & the ENTIRE talented, passionate community, many of whom I consider friends that I will treasure long after today & have had a profound impact on me personally You are the reason we push forward, & are the battery for our belief in effort & intention that charge our hearts & focus our drive as we we charge ahead. Thank you for believing in us, & know that each & every day, the decisions we make are because we still believe in us & you, & we will fight for that same vision from Day 1 I love & appreciate everyone that collectively led us to today, & let's make today something Omen, our community, Ordinals, Bitcoin, Cardano, & our entire shared space can be proud of!
