Building FauxSpy, I had to pick a side: wrongly flag a real photo as fake, or miss some fakes to avoid false alarms? I went conservative on purpose. A detector that cries wolf on real photos loses trust fast. Better to stay quiet than be confidently wrong.

Before writing a single FauxSpy landing page, I built an 8-tab research doc: FBI and FTC scam data, 130+ keywords across 6 tiers, every competitor mapped. Most people skip straight to writing. The research is the actual unlock - it tells you what to write and for who.
