Since they were genuinely given a budget that isn’t even a sixth of the average AAA game dev budget (21.8mil to 200+mil) I just pity them

@megamega171 @EnbyCreature999 Devs, who have little control over the situation due to unreasonable time limits and a pitiful budget, really tried their best with SV to make it fun despite the flaws they knew it would ultimately have. ZA felt like they gave up on making it a game halfway through 😭)4)

@megamega171 @EnbyCreature999 Games, but in SV it was fun. Terastilisation was also a good gimmick. Did it look ugly? Yeah. Was it also the most fun and strategic gimmick they’ve ever introduced? Yes! I got into competitive in ORAS, so I’ve seen all the gimmick based meta games, and I can say terra was (2)

@megamega171 @EnbyCreature999 Technical issues and graphical quality has nothing to do with fun or story. One of the better stories from a Pokemon game, in my opinion the gameplay was much more fun and completing the dex is more engaging than it’s ever been. I always hated finishing the dex in old (1) 😭

Would vegans drink breast milk? Kinda confused on their stance. Honey and milk are both animal biproducts but don't harm / affect the animal, and probably lead to way more of those animals existing. Is it better that the animal never exists, if it's milk or honey would be used by a human? Health-wise veganism sucks, so I'm guessing most are moral vegans, which I see the appeal of for a lot of factory farming practices, but seems like there should be exceptions. I'd rather exist and end up being food than not exist, personally.

@CEOofRonova It has no relevance to the greater story, but whatever. It was still better written. More human, more complex, better characters with more realistic dialogue, it felt way more involved. Nobody gaf about the lore implications because that shouldn’t be the metric to judge a story

This isn't about Arle, but Fontaine in general. I have always called this the greatest filler region in Genshin because 80% of it (Acts I-IV) had nothing to do with any progression on our main journey at all. Which has always greatly confused me on why it was hailed as the "golden standard" of Genshin writing when its quite literally nearly 15hrs of dialog bloat that has 0 relevance outside of Act V. Act I - murder mystery that leads nowhere Act II - Navia relationship issues/murder myster conclusion that leads nowhere. Act III - Go to jail to talk to NPC's for 4hrs Act IV - Even MORE jail + tea party with 4th Harbinger Act V - ACTUAL plot relevant events It is actually criminal how Fontaine took the crown over Sumeru for best writing during that time. Childe just became the biggest potential man of all time, so much setup for his character just to still be a chud rank 11 in NK. Clorinde was created to aurafarm and be a plot device for Navia yet gets called a better written character than Mavuika. Narzissenkreuz has gotten talked about and been MORE relevant than EVERY act of Fontaine. You could skip ALL Fontaine AQ's only play Narzissrnkreuz + Skirk SQ and be completely fine throughout Natlan and NK, that is how irrelevant it is.
