I develop and execute engagement plans that deliver real results. Managed a Community of 5000+; onboarded 500+ real users to a Defi project in one Week (no bots, real users) Led multiple raids that helped push a token from low 30kMC to ~500k MC. “ai won’t replace humans.” “ai won’t take your jobs” that sounds comforting, but look at what’s happening. over 4,000 employees were laid off at Block the company led by jack. whether you call it restructuring or optimization, the direction is clear here companies are reorganizing around ai. we are entering a phase where ai fluency will create leverage and automation drives cost efficiency. companies optimize for output. if a workflow can be automated, it will be automated. if a smaller team using ai can produce more than a larger traditional team, the math is obvious. you can frown at ai and hope the wave slows down. or you can learn how to use it, build with it, and position yourself as someone who understands automated systems. ai may not replace every human. but a human who knows how to use ai will replace one who refuses to adapt. this is the beginning. thanks for reading.
