@waltermzembi The worrying factor about xenophobia is that it almost, always happens during or towards an election year. It may be controlled by politicians with the main purpose of diverting attention from sticking issues. To make poor souls blame some other things instead of government.

Are Xenophobic attacks in South Africa State Assisted , State ignored or State sponsored ? Is the State really helpless as it seems or it's allowing citizen action to lead in something it has an interest in but cannot be seen to lead ? How should Africa respond ? Here is an IFP councillor, a Zulu man, with the same surname that you are rejecting as not South African. The problem is not the surname, the problem is your lack of knowledge.
