Just over 7 miles walked with Ralph today along the Leeds & Liverpool canal. We started in Burscough and walked to Yours is the Earth cafe in Parbold where I had coffee & carrot cake and Ralph had sausage. Then back to Burscough for a pint in The Ship Inn! 👌 #AdoptDontShop

@FayeDingaway Still failed that I got of the bus before the pub so still had an uphill climb. If I’d got off at the next stop I would’ve walked slightly longer distance but downhill. It’s the beer that fuddles the mind, you know. 😀

Headed back to Bamberg for the fifth brewery stop, took the bus up the hill to Greifenklau for their gently smoked lager beer and a plate of food in the picturesque garden. Feeling that life is good. Splitting the G ?

Managed to snag my favourite spot in Schlenkerla alongside the beer hatch in a dark corner facing the light from the front door watching the tourists dodging the rain. You could say it’s my happy place.

Dear @WhichUK it would be interesting to know your opinions on @madebygoogle decision to shut off smart function on owners of Nest Thermostat V1 /V2 . Think it’s outrageous that a several hundred pound device and system,which works perfectly is being scrapped 🤬
