I agree with him, good enterprise workflow process software will be hard to replace with pure AI, because of consistency. The software will be required to keep audit trails, consistent statuses and reporting. AI agents and AI will be used to make decisions and move the processes forward using the software layer. Humans will be affected because obviously there will be a lot of automated steps so less humans are needed for the job.

ServiceNow, SalesForce, Palantir, are the AI Control tower. The strategy is to lean and redefine the Enterprise platforms with AI. "Companies forgive when people make mistakes, but they don't forgive a software that makes mistakes, this is the issue with Implementing AI without a Software layer." HORMUZ UPDATE: Iran has now turned back 20 vessels attempting to cross the Strait of Hormuz today and the US "blockade" has turned back a total of 23 vessels. It appears we are now entering a complete shutdown of the Strait of Hormuz. Prior to the US blockade, vessels from Iran and Iran's allies were permitted to sail through the Strait of Hormuz. Now, under the US "blockade," the US is prohibiting vessels from accessing Iran's ports and coast. We may be seeing the first ever complete shutdown of Hormuz. More details to come shortly.
