Yesterday had another good lesson with @FeelGoodHitting Good mechanics let you cover more pitches, stick the finish, focus on location of pitches, hit the ball in the middle, hitting the ball up the middle keeps me right, 1 rep at a time, the zone is my happy place, pinball, remind your eyes, use your process, you are mindset, self talk, coil the legs, see the ball, breath, bat pumps, flow, don't jump to the pitch, sit back and let it travel, I don't get cheated, hit through the ball.
