Kabza De Small could be arrested for fraud after producing an allegedly fake POP Producer and DJ Kabelo “Kabza De Small” Motha is facing serious charges of fraud that could be laid against him by his landlord. This is after a report by Daily Sun indicated that he failed to pay rent over several months, leading to his lavish The Leonard sky-scrapper penthouse in Sandton, Johannesburg, and produced an allegedly fake POP to the landlord. Kabza had is reported to have missed September, October, November, and December 2025 rental - R95 000 per month before vacating to another penthouse in the building. After a deep clean and upkeep of the old apartment, his debt amounted to R254 103 in total. It is alleged that Kabza produced fraudulent Proof Of Payment (POP) to the landlord Abel Dlamini for the amounts of R50 000 and R110 000 in October 2025. Dlamini has since taken legal action to recover the outstanding rent balance and threatened to lay a criminal charge of fraud for the alleged fake POP. Kabza has, however, reportedly to denied lagging on his rental and said it was all handled by his agent. buzzlifenews.com
