Apparently ubuntu server doesn't like it if your first password is in any way complicated. Had to set it up with a baby password so it wouldn't get spooked.

Got a server Installed Ubuntu Server on it just to try Log in Incorrect login What Try again Incorrect Research There is a bug where it just straight up doesn't let you log in and you have to do esoteric stuff to make it work Is this like a rite of passage or...

Aaaaand it randomly stopped working. Wow this is annoying.

After a lot of painful learning I finally managed to add uranium ores to the custom world gen. The blue squares are tiny uranium patches, and there are all over the underground. Should be unobtrusive enough if you aren't looking for it, but abundant enough if you want it.

It's time for me to return to making more things in Warudo. Been re-watching some clips and forgot some of the fun things I used to have.

Today started with an innocent "let's try out this world gen mod" and ended up with me putting together an enter Minecraft modpack all about building machines, exploiting an underground filled with deadly toxins, and becoming powerful through raiding structures.

@skyebread Thank you! I'm adding quests as like a fix to the now much more difficult new starting experience, since getting around is a lot more difficult without an initial ship. Finding sheep for wool to make the first balloon could be extremely tedious so this seems like a good solution.

@FelineEntity I see you were surprised at how much attn your tweet got so it must be quite a shock. I really liked how different the floating islands you got looked. Adds another layer of mystery to the usual minecraft exploration vibes :) Good luck with all of it!

As to whether or not I released this pack: I don't know yet! It entirely depends how fun it is, and how well the mods i put together actually match the gameplay I envision. I'm still working out a small amount of quests to smooth out the early game.

I do not know how much fun it is gonna be, but the idea is that things like diamonds and redstone are "soft gated" in good quantites behind a toxic ground level that you can't get down to by yourself safely... But your machines can!
