@Retarded_Shadow Wen’t to a therapist and an addiction specialist for a few sessions. Took me a while to realize it was a symptom of a larger issue, zero idea of there is any fix but I’n going to try.

Help keep me accountable and help me on my journey to defeat lust and my porn addiction. I know I’m not the only one who struggles with this and I encourage more of yall to seek accountability and support in your struggle.

@juskom95 Normally that’s how I handle things. Depression just been so bad as of late.

@FelixByte I feel that! I get pretty regular panic attacks (feel like heart attacks) and usually its bourbon, videogames, writing or fucking around with AI.

@FelixByte Generally chest pains etc are a sign you should go to the ER/urgent care . . . If its emotional (and you KNOW it is) I usually go with bourbon.

I think I might just stop taking breaks since it never seems to fucking help and I feel just as depressed and miserable. I felt like crying at least three times while on break.

@Wailingfoil6742 Could be one of the various things they add to make deadlock vampires stand out from the usual. Far more monstrous if they want to be. He has been around for a very long time.

The more I try to engage people in online conversations, the more I at least think my autism shows. Also proving to be a problem. It's so hard to be an adult with autism. Especially an "older" one. As they likely think I should know better. No one ever helped me to learn.

I feel I don't have much hope or will. I have my health for the time being. I'm living but don't feel very alive. I pray god helps change that.
