Simple but interesting case to finish the year: redo inferoseptal WPW. The EP study started with no pre-excitation at all—normal HV interval, with no pre-excitation during RA or CS pacing. The only way to unmask pre-excitation and map the pathway was through sensed PACs from the CS. How often do you see this? @ALFIEEP1 @LAHRSonline1 @narrowQRS

Complex VT ablation: Limited tools in LATAM sometimes require improvisation — used small 9 mm balloons to minimize phrenic nerve injury. I want to think this was somewhat useful, as the palsy recovered after a few months despite extensive ablation. @jjmt_ep @lahrs #Epeps #ablateVT
