and besides the point the reason they transition dosent matter thats irrelevant tbh the fact they committed rape as a cis male then transitioned balloons the stats that trans women are worse then men in sexual categories when in reality its more in line with female related crimes if you consider pre trans a cis gendered person which they are... men are rapists and thats a proven fact, becoming trans dosent turn you into a rapist like your implying

No evidence the majority only adopted a trans identity to gain special treatment. That’s an assumption, not a demonstrated fact

no im alluding to rapists using the term trans to get special treatment and possibly put in female prisons, to be trans you need to be medically transitioning or your just not considered transgender your considered cis nobodies arguing that. people do interpret it this way you just have people spreading misinformation for clicks welcome to the internet its better to say 58% are rapists instead of 4% of trans related sexual predators started their crimes after transitioning

The debate then becomes how those convictions should be interpreted, not whether the convictions exist.
