$SPCX has pulled back 50% from its highs
This is as we (and many others) expected given its huge valuation given its growth and metrics
At a $1.5T market cap, it still trades around 77x P/S
Still expensive but becoming more interesting than when investors were chasing it after the IPO
The long-term roadmap is massive:
• Starship V3 eventually supporting 100 metric tons per launch
• Starlink capacity expansion through V3 satellites
• AI monetization + compute infrastructure
• AI compute satellites guided for 2028
The problem is that a LOT of future execution is still priced in (+ Elon Musk factor)
The drop as well as the liquidity pull from the IPO caused a pullback in the space sector

Key details:
• $250M five-year Term Loan A
• $750M revolving credit facility, currently completely undrawn
• Replaces Zeta’s previous $550M facility (repaid $200M outstanding)
• Interest rate: SOFR + 1.75%–2.50%, depending on leverage
With such a large credit facility, the question is what it is going to be used on
Management specifically highlighted:
• Accretive acquisitions
• Opportunistic share repurchases
• General corporate purposes
After the Marigold acquisition, $ZETA showed that they can use M&A to accelerate growth

The rally is clear
2026 guidance was aggressive:

• MLR: 82.4%–83.4%
• Operating earnings: $250–$450M
• Members: 3M, 50% YoY
Without the ACA subsidies
Then Q1 gave proof:
• Revenue: $4.65B, up 53% YoY
• Operating income: $704M, up 137% YoY
• Members: 3.17 million, up 56% YoY
• MLR: 70.5%
At 0.62x P/S and 26.6x forward P/E, the valuation has expanded significantly from the lows
But if management delivers on 2026, I still think there’s room to reach our target

Contrary to expectations, the FDA panel just voted IN FAVOR of BPC-157
The vote:
• 8–6 in favor
• 1 abstention
• Recommendation to add BPC-157 to the 503A Bulks List
This went directly against the cautious stance FDA staff had taken before the meeting
This is bullish for $HIMS not because of BPC-157 but for what it means for their peptide roadmap
More peptides potentially entering the compounding ecosystem = significantly more optionality for $HIMS to expand into new treatments and markets
