@GulfAir My 4 March flight was moved to 5 March without any refund or rebooking choice. Kindly explain and resolve this issue. What’s worse, the 4 March flight isn’t even cancelled.

@JioCare @TRAI It has been over a week since I reported the issue of high ping on my JioFiber connection. Despite providing all necessary diagnostics (ping, tracert, speed test, gameplay video), the issue remains unresolved. I pay ₹500/month and expect reliable service.

@JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 5 days and there’s still no fix for broken routing to Riot/Valorant servers (104.160.131.3). 🚫 100% packet loss (proof attached) 🛣️ Routing via Singapore > HK > LA for an Indian player = 250+ms Escalate this to your L3/network team.

@JioCare It’s already been over 5 days since I raised the issue, and waiting frim I also contacted Valorant (Riot Games) support.They confirmed the issue is not from their side, but with the ISP routing. Please escalate this to your Tier 2/Network team ASAP. #JioFiber #PacketLoss
