@TheRustyDustpan @LegacyKillaHD Elden Ring start was a bit boring for me when I first played it, took a decent amount of hours to click with me, though its definitely one of my all time favorites now. Crimson Desert clicked fast with me because I already knew to expect a slow burn massive sandbox game.

@LegacyKillaHD I’m like 3 hours in and I just really don’t know if I’m going to stick with it. Other games like BotW/TotK and Elden Ring just did such a better job of onboarding you and cutting you loose at the right time.

Crimson Desert just hit "Very Positive" on Steam. And it makes sense. More you play, better it gets. It's kinda crazy that this game at least to me feels like it could be all-time great just with some far better writing because that really is what holds this back.

@Fertholdi @benkvos @strawhatvert Pay money for a pickaxe, or make your own and learn a new skill (3d modelling) quite an easy choice? A roblox pickaxe is very beginner friendly if people havent modelled before its literally just cubes

@Flaxen420 @benkvos @strawhatvert Even if the model is simple, some people just don’t want to model all of that. I could make those, but if there’s out there for me to buy it I don’t see a reason not to, if saving time is my priority

@Flaxen420 @benkvos @strawhatvert It’s 25 pickaxes, even if take 1 minute each, which I doubt unless ur rushing, it would still take 25 minutes. Considering the video he makes it fast because he’s doing 1:1 of a design that already exists, it speeds up the process. Also 25 dollars for 25 pickaxes isn’t bad.
