Mostly carnivore diet. Eggs, rib eye. Ground beef. No ketchup. Chicken wings maybe once a week with a little sauce. Protein milk in my coffee it’s about 6g of sugar for the day (2/3 cup). I don’t eat beans. They turn into sugar in your stomach in addition to the sugar already in them. I get that keto ice cream from Farm Boy sometimes. I was pre diabetic so the choice I’m making is to save my brain from type 3 diabetes which is early onset dementia. I enjoy life and want to keep my brain and my eyes.

@Fever905 @SamaHoole How do you possibly manage to completely cut out SUGAR? Do you ever use ketchup? Or any sauces? Drink any juice or milk? Eat any prepared foods? Or even canned baked beans? I had a Heinz Baked Beans in Molasses for dessert last night. They come in at over 30g of sugar per can!
