In light of COVID-19, FiA Lake Murray has decided that we will NOT be holding in-person workouts the week of March 15 to help slow the spread of the virus in our community and hopefully help keep our PAX and their families well.

Hey ladies!!! We are collecting new or gently used children’s books (baby-middle school age) for pediatric doctor offices. Please bring them workouts now until the end of April and we will get them to McStuffins to distribute. #morethanaworkout #fiagivesback #fialakemurray
