1/8 We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend, participant and volunteer, Charlie Harkins. Sarah Gerity worked closely with Charlie in our Faith in Throughcare project and shares her memories in this thread:

Our Community Re-imagining Meeting today was all about the journey, and navigating with a compass rather than a map. The people we travel with, the people who have travelled with us in the past - and where we will set our compass to for the future.

Our team have had a fruitful time together over the past 24 hours reviewing our work over the past year and planning ahead for the months to come - thank you to the team at @WistonLodge for the space and hospitality!

Today we enjoyed deepening our friendship and connection with the International Women's Group in St Matthew's Centre over food, song and sharing words of welcome together.

Congratulations to @WINGlasgow & the brilliant work they do to build networks of love, welcome & justice for women seeking to make a safe home in Glasgow. We & @PTCScotland have supported them on their journey & it was a joy to share with them today in their first AGM!

Delighted to take time out to help our friends in @glasgow_sa prepare to deliver hundreds of toys through their annual Christmas appeal. Every day, not just at Christmas, staff & volunteers here make a huge difference in the lives of children & families in #Anderston & beyond.

Great to gather today with #NewScots friends & @WithRefugees to share food prepared by the wonderful team at @CranhillDT, Christmas craft-making & music. #RefugeesWelcome
