Jadi ada kasus di Prancis, 2 laki-laki didakwa dalam kasus penyekapan anak di bawah umur, pemerkosaan berat, & perdagangan manusia.
Modus:
- Pelaku lakukan pengakuan paternitas (pernyataan hukum resmi yang menyatakan bahwa ia adalah ayah sah dari seorang anak) terhadap beberapa anak Asia
- Pengakuan paternitas dilakukan di Kedutaan Besar Prancis di Indonesia (Jakarta)
- Setelah diakui secara hukum, anak2 tersebut diberi paspor Prancis sehingga mudah dibawa ke Prancis
- Tujuannya untuk eksploitasi seksual
