On hold with @Fidelity, who STILL has not sent me or my attorney their accounting for the disbursement of a QDRO that they are legally required to provide "within a reasonable time frame". They have been sitting on this doing nothing for eight months. Just utter incompetence.

@Fidelity Then I'm being told I don't know how to find my number, even though I pulled it up in app and he was trying to go through my entire account that surely doesn't concern him. But yeah, I'm "lashing out" for asking questons while being mansplained how to use banking app.

Day two of being gaslit by @Fidelity for trying to cash a check. Now the in person branch told me every single person can't cash more than 1k checks because of "safety." I don't have patience for incompetence, especially when I'm trying to do a basic task.

Hi there. It sounds like you're describing a cash trading violation, such as a Good Faith Violation or a Freeride violation. These restrictions do not prevent you from trading securities in type "Margin." This, however, may restrict you from trading in type "Cash." @Fidelity I got a 90 day cash trading restriction in my margin account. I think it was from day trading the ETF SOXS. I’ve heard the restriction is only for the for things like leveraged ETF’s and that I can still buy or trade marginable securities. Is this true?

I’m having a horrific customer service experience to transfer a 401k @Fidelity on hold for 45 min and spoke to many people already today only asking about a resending paperwork per a message I received saying “the post office returned mail we sent you”. @Fidelity please help

@Fidelity Here's a tight version you can post: "Funded my Fidelity account two weeks ago with proper documentation. They immediately restricted my seven thousand dollar balance. I've filed complaints with FINRA and the CFPB. Don't use Fidelity if you value your money or your time."

@Fidelity Thank you for the instructions, I’ll do that. One improvement I would love is the app reset to the login page after it times out, instead of the summary page that has account data. Maybe that was changed with the update.

@Fidelity why does your digital team make nonsensical “improvements” to the app. What am I supposed to do with that tiny logo when I have the asset name and ticker symbol right next to each other?!

@Fidelity In activity & orders - a stock order, or option order. The other option is to cancel- that button works. The replace button does not

@Fidelity the replace button on browser for open orders doesn't work anymore after the latest update

@sportsknowled Can you clarify the type of order you're trying to replace?

@Fidelity Replace button doesn't open a replace order window like it used to- it just expands the row. This started after the update earlier this week

Hey @Fidelity your mobile app is completely offline. Can't even log in.

We recommend giving a few basic troubleshooting steps a try to see if that helps: •Ensure your mobile device has the latest operating system •Complete a full power cycle of your device (turn it completely off & back on again) •Try a different device on a different connection, i.e., A mobile network instead of Wi-Fi •Uninstall and reinstall our mobile app Let us know if that solves it.
