Anyone that says 'you never posts losses' isn't a long-time follower...pretty sure there was one a two or three weeks ago (or similar). With patience, a 1st level loss should be very rare and usually a 2nd is pretty rare as well (happened yesterday and you acknowledge cutting it in NL). I will say I am a full-time ES-only trader (no other job) due 99% to your help, so, many many thanks!

@ashwagamma As I say in the newsletter - bears aren't allowed to get anything for free in ES. Their fault though - they fall for the same traps over and over!

After selling all week, longs triggered Friday off the 6542 level in #ES_F, starting a Thanksgiving leg up. Overnight/evening traders got excellent entries on the 6638-42 reclaim, given Friday 4pm Plan: 6638-42=support. 6667, 6674, 6685, 6701 targets. 38-42 fails, dip 6622, 6605

$SPY What You Really Did Not See Today? Something you do not see often happened today. A JPM Collar Tweak Mid-Quarter. Details below. 1. The SPY opened higher, crushing VIX overnight and into the 10AM EST hour, 2. While this was happening, the $JPM desk was taking advantage of lower VOL and spent "hundreds of millions" on adjusting their hedge fund collar for Q4: they made it more "Bearish-biased" than when they created it end of September. They tried to avoid slippage (price drop from millions in puts) by buying a few millions in short-dated 11/21 and 11/28 calls, but that did not work, you saw how the price tanked from $667 to $661 in no time (!!) 3. My read of the new numbers shown in the table below, courtesy of @CheddarFlow as data source, is that now they go from 5-7% downside cushion, previously to $6330 SPX, now to 4-12% cushion to $6000 SPX 4. The $140+ Millions put purchase on $SPXW at $6900 OTM is interesting, and builds a gamma wall there for dealers to start hedging this new level. This can cap end of the Q4 max price to be just above this number at the $6950 level. If you are thinking $7500 by year end like Tom Lee, now forget about it! To summarize, JPM readjustd to factor in a larger pullback risk. This move suggests more resistance at $6800, no more easy going through this level, see the table. This means more sideways, more volatility, and when and if $6900 is reached again, there will be a big fight there. For tomorrow, green bias new moon, pullback risk AM with the Sept job report, then opex Friday, maybe pin the price at a much higher level than the $6600 put wall to expire a lot of puts worthless, we will see a wedge on Friday, most likely, that will also kill 0DTE premia. Bears will be aware post NVDA and are already providing the overnight squeeze. Big Picture View #ES_F: Lots of whipsaw to go nowhere this week & its because ES has - for a month - built a huge triangle. We held support now 6690. Resistance up at 6875/6845 Plan Next Week: Fill it out to 6845/6875. Dip, breakout sees 6944, 7k. If Triangle fails, sell 6638.

Overnight something rare happened. For 1st time in a weeks my "Bear Case" triggered to produce an actionable sell. #ES_F lost its shelf of Thurs,Fri,Mon lows at 6857, flushed. Time for two way vol Plan: 6818 must reclaim to see 6828, 6838-41, 6851. 6798=support. Dip below 6785

Day's like today are inherently anomalies. Nobody can predict when a Presidential Tweet will tape bomb #ES_F -2% (unless one has top called for weeks). Its a 1x a year lottery. Our job is to react & know how ES behaves afterwards (snap back squeeze, on major reclaim to backtest)

We are spoiled in #ES_F with pinpoint precision. As stated 20+ times, all that matters this week is 6461. It was my target yesterday. At 8am, I posted it was support with 6474+ target. We held 61 exact, hit 74, back to 61 Trap time now. 6474, 6480+ remain above. Same downsides

After Friday's flush #ES_F got (as always) a Failed Breakdown. 11am Friday I posted 6461 recovery would trigger up. Target was 6505, which backtests where we broke down Fri morn. Hit last evening, been here for 12+hrs. Huge res No change. 6511, 6518-20 next. 94, 80=supports
