The 2023 and 2024 49ers both had NRDs around -20, among the worst ever. 2025 49ers enjoyed +12 and that probably helped keep them afloat with all the injuries. The 49ers are sitting at a -12 day rest differential. Some tough spots in the second half. The Seahawks are coming off a bye in their Week 12 matchup after the Mexico City game. You follow that up with an East Coast trip to New York in Week 13(obvious letdown spot), then get the Rams coming off a mini-bye in Week 14 after they just played on TNF.
