@fran91246 @lshmeezy @LBJsBest I’m talking about the Spurs roster vs the Cavs you bozo. LeBron was 22 & led a team of misfits to the finals. And like I said you didn’t watch shit live like I did. Stick to YouTube highlights kid

This is a good reflection of the tape: -Purdy is elite -Jimmy G and Mac Jones have both been good QBs for the 49ers; slight edge to Jimmy -Jimmy couldn’t stay healthy enough -49ers got replacement-level football from Mullens for a while but he couldn’t maintain that
Tej Seth@tejfbanalytics

49ers quarterbacks in expected pass* situations under Kyle Shanahan (min. 150 dropbacks): 1. Brock Purdy, +0.22 EPA/play 2. Jimmy G., +0.16 EPA/play 3. Mac Jones, +0.14 EPA/play 4. Nick Mullens, +0.03 EPA/play 5. CJ Beathard, -0.10 EPA/play *when the chance of passing is 75% or high. This includes all plays (passes, sacks, scrambles, rushes)

I’m dumb. We forgot to factor in the bye. that throws everything off. Meant to focus post bye where theres’s a month and a half or so stretch where they’ll be up against it, but the season long number makes it negligible thanks to the first half of the season.

The 49ers' net rest differential (NRD) with this 2026 schedule: -3. This is the most important number coming from the schedule. The 2023 and 2024 49ers both had NRDs around -20, among the worst ever. 2025 49ers enjoyed +12 and that probably helped keep them afloat with all the injuries. Here are the 49ers' games without neutral rest (considering Week 2 a wash since SF must fly back from Australia): 🏈at Falcons: -1 (short week for SF post-MNF) 🏈vs Raiders: +7 (SF coming off bye) 🏈vs Seahawks: -7 (Seattle coming off bye) 🏈vs Rams: -3 (LA coming off mini-bye TNF) 🏈at Chiefs: +4 (SF coming off mini-bye TNF, KC short week MNF) 🏈vs Eagles: -3 (PHI coming off mini-bye 12/24 game) Adds up to -3 NRD for the 49ers

NFL schedule maker Mike North on the 49ers schedule after Week 1’s game in Australia: “The Niners come back to three straight home games, so they get a month in the building, a month in the facility to recover. I think there’s a short road trip somewhere, another home game. Yes, a long road trip to the East, but then the bye. So they’re gonna get a chance to catch their breath and get healthy.” Not in this clip: The 49ers were sensitive about playing on Thanksgiving or Christmas after doing both in 2023 and managed to avoid that and believes the overall schedule is fair: “I’m sure waving a magic wand, they would move a game or two on their schedule. But I assume the same is true for the other 31 teams as well. We were sensitive, we were cognizant, and think we landed in a fair place, not just for the 49ers and the Rams, but hopefully for everybody.” They set the Rams - Seahawks games to be in week 16 and week 18 because they’re banking on them competing for the NFCW title When setting the schedule, they said they have no idea whether Patrick Mahomes will be playing in the week 1 MNF game that was set. Many were saying it was deliberately set for the first MNF game because Mahomes will be returning from his ACL injury

The 49ers are sitting at a -12 day rest differential. Some tough spots in the second half. The Seahawks are coming off a bye in their Week 12 matchup after the Mexico City game. You follow that up with an East Coast trip to New York in Week 13(obvious letdown spot), then get the Rams coming off a mini-bye in Week 14 after they just played on TNF. Then, in Week 15, you get a quick turnaround on Thursday night. And Week 17 vs. Philly, you're getting the Eagles off a mini-bye (TNF the previous week).
