this is a hard post to write, but: feb '23 marks my eight year anniversary with ea sports, and it will be my last. i'll be leaving the company in march. i'm sorry, madden fam. i love you guys.

Dear @MaddenNFLDirect, (I come in peace, happy holidays) The community is missing the @FieldGhoul presence in dealing with bad bans and folks wrongfully caught up in bot detection. I’ve received a dozen or more tags / DM’s asking for help from YOUR players, many of them hundreds or thousands of extra dollars into MUT, who have been mistakenly banned. I’m happy to do this for the Madden community free of charge if you just give me a point of contact. I will vet the appeal, collect PSN/GT and the EA Help ticket # to make it easy for you folks to quickly investigate and determine whether the ban is indeed a bad one. The language and knowledge barriers have made EA Help less than helpful in this regard on their own. I’d like to assist. Let me know. It puts us in a tough spot when members of our community look to me or other creators for help and we are powerless to do anything for them. Just beyond disgusted right now and of course @AskPlayStation gives me no way to report this. PSN Silvo323 couldn't handle that he sucks in Madden so over the mic he proceeded to drop the N word at least 50 times. Said he hopes I get hung, shot by the police, etc Sad world.
