Update: Account was terminated; no idea why, however, it still won't let me submit tickets! I am on my own here; someone please help The website keeps telling me "too many requests", even after waiting hours, and if not that, it says, "Something went wrong; please try again later." I am at the end of my rope. Someone... please... I'll be thankful for any kind of help @KreekCraft @Roblox

Oh lord.. @KreekCraft @Roblox I desperately need some help; my RBLX account has been compromised by a very sophisticated scam, and for the love of me, I cannot open a support ticket. It keeps erroring, and I just hope someone seeing this has some connections that at least could get Roblox to contact me via an old email and lock down the account Please, just anyone...

@SheldonMobeldon @Bloxy_News No, any data that leads back to a user's account/identity is considered personal data and is subject to removal when requested by that user. This still includes Global UserIDs since they're still linked to an account.

Today, Roblox announced that Scoped User IDs are now in early testing. With this, players will have a unique user ID for every Roblox game they join, enabling better protection of user privacy. This change is expected to roll out in October 2026. Details: devforum.roblox.com/t/4677155

I feel like I am developing cancer just by reading most of the replies under this post... 1. People accusing other people of being a pedophile without solid proof. 2. People (most likely Condo owners/players) complaining that Roblox is finally taking action. There are only a few people actually having valid points against this update, that being that people may get falsely moderated. And to the people who are going to point out that one must repeatly join a game like that, stop pretending that third-party game teleports do not exist/are impossible to set-up. Anyone with basic dev knowledge can make a game who's entire function is to teleport you in these awful games.

@PralNs @coledotvr @SoulskorRBLX You have to E-Mail Discord support with the E-Mail that the locked account is connected to. Explain to them that you no longer have access to that account and wish for the locked account to be deleted. So you guarantee that you can use your phone number again.
