I told you before. They need 50 votes, not 60. And the Parliamentarian is advisory, not someone they need to get “past”. Her rulings are advisory, not absolute. A Senator can raise a point of order, the Parliamentarian offers an opinion, and the Senate itself then votes on whether to sustain or overrule that opinion. Overruling requires only a simple majority (50 votes + Vice President tie-breaker).

Where's the media!?!?! Dallas man Chase Anthony Young just got 30 years in federal prison for tr*fficking nine young women. Young admitted he advertised the victims online, rented hotel rooms for the commercial s-x acts, collected the money from each of them, and set the prices and rules they had to follow. He used force, fraud, and coercion to keep control. One of the victims told the court that Young made her believe she was worthless and only existed to be used. The investigation was led by ICE Homeland Security Investigations in Dallas. A federal judge handed down the 30-year sentence after Young pleaded guilty last year.
