That’s not true.. My dad and his siblings are always at loggerheads, but myself and my cousins are so close. One of the people I love most in the world is my cousin sister. We always remind ourselves that our parents wars has absolutely nothing to do with us, and they would be fine. Like the original poster said, this is because we were close as kids.

I just realized something peculiar about cousins: If you weren't close to them in childhood, there's no chance you will be in adulthood.
